By downloading, installing, or using Subysub ('the App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Subysub is an AI-powered subscription tracking application. The App scans your email (with your explicit permission) to detect active subscriptions and provides tools to manage, track, and cancel them. The App is provided by FORLYZE LTD.
You must create an account to use Subysub. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
Subysub requests read-only access to your email account(s) through OAuth 2.0. You grant this permission voluntarily and can revoke it at any time. We only process emails related to subscriptions (billing receipts, renewal notices, welcome emails). We do not read, store, or access any other email content.
Subysub offers a free tier with limited features and a premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices are displayed before purchase. Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings.
While our AI strives for accuracy in detecting subscriptions, we do not guarantee that all subscriptions will be found or that all detected information (prices, renewal dates, etc.) is 100% accurate. Always verify important subscription details with the respective service providers.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) reverse engineer or decompile the App; (d) share your account with others; (e) use the App to collect data about other people without their consent.
All content, features, and functionality of Subysub are owned by FORLYZE LTD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Subysub name, logo, and brand are trademarks of FORLYZE LTD.
Subysub is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. FORLYZE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the App settings, which will permanently remove all your data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
